Advanced Recycling Equipment, Inc.’s manufacturing facility is located in St. Marys, Pennsylvania in the center of the Allegheny National Forest. To meet the demanding needs of the primary and secondary manufacturing uses of the hardwood industry, Advanced Recycling Equipment, Inc. designed the CHALLENGER® grinder to be superior in structure, and capable of grinding large volumes of waste bio-mass associated with the hardwood industry. The Challenger® Combustion Systems add value to the waste stream through thermal combustion to produce “warm air”, “hot water”, “steam” and “co-generation”. Using an extended dwell time these units will meet or exceed all state, federal or global environmental regulations.

To show our dedication to meeting the customer’s need we have opened a test facility at our location in St. Marys, PA. To assist the customer with permitting applications we have equipped the system for independent testing to provide data for the permitting process.
